Denmark-based bakery, coffee and foodservice chain Lagkagehuset has appointed Karen Kochevar to the company’s board of directors to strengthen its brands international growth.
The foodservice chain currently operates its business in the UK through eight stores under its Ole & Steen brand in London.

Kochevar will be responsible for overseeing the growth and international expansion plans of the company.

Prior to this, Kochevar served as the partner and chief financial officer at Union Square Hospitality Group and currently is an independent board director for various private equity-backed companies.
