Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão has launched $15 Weekday Lunch menu featuring three salads and a drink for this summer.

Available for a limited time at all Fogo de Chão locations, the lunch menu includes watermelon feta, heirloom tomato & mozzarella and chickpea salads as well as its watermelon fresca mocktail.

Heirloom Tomato & Mozzarella is made using red and yellow heirloom tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella and topped with extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper and basil.

Chickpea Salad contains chickpeas mixed with summer basil, fresh parsley, red onion and red bell pepper along with house-made lemon Dijon vinaigrette for dressing.

Watermelon Feta Salad is a blend of watermelon, feta, summer basil, fresh mint and cracked black pepper. Watermelon Fresca is a non-alcoholic mocktail drink made using watermelons, pure cane sugar, lime and mint, and is served over crushed ice.

Fogo de Chão chief executive officer Larry Johnson said: “During the summer months in Brazil, friends and family spend a lot of time surrounding a fogo de chão, or campfire.
