US-based restaurant chain El Pollo Loco has expanded its $5 craveable combos menu with the launch of handmade chicken taquitos and three other items.

The other items include the loco burrito, grilled chicken loco salad and chicken tacos al carbon.

Handmade chicken taquitos feature three taquitos, shredded ranchero chicken, handmade guacamole, a drizzle of cilantro dressing, cilantro and pico de gallo salsa.

The loco burrito is a blend of fire-grilled chicken, beans, cabbage, cheese and cilantro dressing, while the grilled chicken loco salad is also made using fire-grilled chicken and cilantro dressing, cotija, lettuce and tortilla strips. Both feature pico de gallo salsa as an ingredient.

Chicken tacos al carbon is made using three tacos, fire-grilled chicken, diced onions and cilantro. All four items are available for a limited time.
