Canadian IT service management company Intouch Insight has signed an agreement with St-Hubert BBQ to provide its customer experience management software LiaCX.

The two-year agreement will be renewed on an annual basis until terminated by either party.Part of Recipe Unlimited, St-Hubert operates 124 restaurants in Canada.

Intouch Insight will use LiaCX to collect and combine real-time customer feedback, contextual data and operational data.

The LiaCX platform is expected to provide St-Hubert with a deep understanding of customer experience (CX) at all locations.

It is also expected to enable teams across the organisation to take actions to drive ongoing CX improvements.

St-Hubert BBQ president Richard Scofield said: “Excellent customer experience is crucial to me and all the franchisees of our restaurants.
