
The Punch Bowl pub in Hull, UK has re-opened after receiving a six-figure investment from the Stonegate Group.
The establishment has undergone full redecoration and now features a state-of-the-art audio-visual system, along with a new professional-standard darts area.
The pool table has been retained, with free pool available on Sunday nights.
Live sports amenities have been improved with new Sky Q boxes, enabling the broadcast of multiple sports channels throughout the week, including Sky, Sky Sports+, TNT Sports, Premier Sports and sport on Prime, all on HD TVs.
The new Punch Bowl bar offers beers, ciders, wines and no and low alcohol options welcomes “well-behaved” dogs.
Operator Andrew Matfin stated: “We can’t wait to reopen our doors and welcome both new and returning guests to our renovated pub.

Weekly events at the pub include Race Day on Mondays, Tombola and Pool League on Tuesdays, and Winging it Wednesdays which offer bingo, raffles and spin-the-wheel.
Fridays offers guests access to a Jukebox Party, while Saturdays feature DJs and karaoke.
Additionally, last month, Stonegate Group invested in refurbishments for the Hazel Tree pub in Corby, Northamptonshire, and The Leaping Salmon in Northumberland.
