The company’s supervisory board aims to finalise Östberg’s successor by the end of this year.
The deal brings Dunkin’, formerly known as Dunkin’ Donuts, back to Canada after the brand exited the market in 2018.
The agreement comes as the fast-casual brand plans to expand by partnering with operators experienced in multi-unit development.
Jardine Restaurant Group operates nearly 1,000 KFC and Pizza Hut outlets in Hong Kong, Macau, Myanmar, Taiwan and Vietnam.
The solution has been developed in partnership with The Howard Company and Nanonation.
Foodja said the partnership marks a “major step” in PF Chang’s push into the workplace catering market.
The pilot will initially be available only for orders placed via the Wing app.
