Brinker International, the parent company of Chili’s Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy, has promoted Aaron White to the roles of executive vice president, chief operating officer, and chief people officer.
In her new position, White will be responsible for overseeing operations strategy and PeopleWorks for both restaurant brands, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and the overall experience for team members and guests.
White’s journey with Brinker began 29 years ago as a server and bartender at Chili’s. She has since risen through the ranks, most recently serving as the executive vice president and chief people officer.
White’s tenure at Brinker has been marked by significant achievements in operations and PeopleWorks roles.
Before assuming her role as Brinker chief people officer, she served as co-chief operating officer for Chili’s, where she was responsible for the brand’s operations in the eastern US.
During her time with the company, White has been instrumental in streamlining work processes and revitalising the ChiliHead culture, which has been central to Chili’s “success” over the past five decades.
