Sports-themed casual dining restaurant Miller’s Ale House has selected Ziosk as tabletop technology partner to improve guest engagement and elevate experience.

The new collaboration strengthens guest satisfaction and operational performance by bringing tabletop ordering, real-time insights, and targeted promotions to Miller’s Ale House.

Under the partnership, the restaurant will deploy Ziosk’s zMini single, connected tabletop platform across all 115 locations in the second quarter of this year.

Ziosk’s zMini platform allows guests to order appetizers, desserts, and re-order a round of drinks as well as pay at the table and sign up for marketing programmes at their fingertips.

The use of Ziosk’s new marketing ecosystem is already allowing the company to increase appetizer, drink and dessert purchases, apart from overall improvement in service quality and ease of ordering.

The advanced tool enables users to offer targeted, real-time promotions depending on dayparts for driving upsells and unlocking a new opportunity for digital engagement.

Guests at Miller’s Ale House have also signed their marketing programmes at a higher rate compared to other channels.

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Miller’s Ale House was founded in 1988. It operates in over 100 locations in 10 states.
