The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has announced its summer 2025 menu, featuring a blend of classic beverages which will be available through to 19 August 2025.
The chain created its first Ice Blended drink in 1985.

The 2025 season’s offerings include the Ultimate Cold Brew and CaraMocha Ice Blended drinks, along with new flavours.
The Ultimate Cold Brew Ice Blended drink features chocolate-covered espresso beans finished with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. The CaraMocha Ice Blended drink offers a caramel twist on the Mocha Ice Blended drink.
The Pure CaraMocha Ice Blended drink swaps vanilla for chocolate powder.
Other beverages include the Ube Coconut Affogato Ice Blended Drink, which combines ube (purple yam) and coconut with espresso and whipped cream. The Iced Ube Coconut Cream Matcha Latte, the Iced Ube Coconut Cream Vanilla Latte with Boba, and the Ube Coconut Cream Cap Modifier offer tropical options.

As part of its summer promotions, on National Ice Blended Day, 11 June 2025 , a small Ice Blended drink will be on sale at $3 from 12 noon until 6pm.
Throwback Thursdays will run from 19 June to 14 August, with Regular Mocha or Vanilla Ice Blended drinks available for $4 on Thursdays during the same hours.
In March 2025, the café chain revealed plans to expand its presence in India, aiming to open 25 new stores by the end of the financial year 2025.
