Fast-casual restaurant chain Dave’s Hot Chicken, known for its Nashville-style hot chicken, has announced that it will open a new UK site in Birmingham.
According to Birmingham Live, the chain will take over the former Ask Italian site at the junction of New Street and Bennetts Hill, and is expected to open in July 2025.
The new Birmingham venue will offer the brand’s signature sliders, tenders and shakes.
It will be the second site for the chain in the country, which has received celebrity endorsements.
US-based private equity company Roark Capital acquired Dave’s Hot Chicken for $1bn in May 2025.
The brand’s focus on enhancing customer service was reinforced through a partnership with Reality Based Group (RBG) earlier in the year, utilising RBG’s video mystery shopping solution technology to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
