Restaurant technology and AI kitchen automation company Miso and robot field service organisation Roboworx have partnered to deliver restaurant automation solutions.

This partnership is set to deliver a “complete, powerful and reliable” solution for restaurant operators, promising a rapid return on investment. (ROI).

The integration of Miso’s AI-powered Flippy Fry Station robots and Roboworx’s network of robot technicians is a strategic move to enhance efficiency, reduce food waste and boost customer satisfaction.

Flippy also contributes to safer working conditions and increases labour flexibility, as it can be operated by employees below the age of 18, adhering to federal regulations.

Miso’s innovative robotics-as-a-service model makes the Flippy Fry Station accessible with no upfront costs via a monthly fee that is often more economical than employing a full-time worker.

Flippy Fry Stations are currently operational in 20 locations, including outlets of Jack in the Box and White Castle, with further deployments planned each week until the end of September 2025.

Roboworx will extend its support to both new and existing Flippy Fry Station installations.

Roboworx technicians will lead deployments, carry out preventative maintenance, provide on-demand service,and conduct regular customer success check-ins.
