The initiative is part of a collaboration with Corrib Oil, and will create 50 jobs in the region.

Wendy’s Europe managing director Michael Clarke stated: “Corrib Oil’s deep roots in the community and commitment to operational excellence make them an ideal partner to deliver the Wendy’s ‘globally great, locally even better’ experience.”
The collaboration is a crucial element of Corrib Oil’s strategy to expand its presence in Ireland, with ambitions for 100 locations by 2030, The Irish Sun has reported.
