The partnership aims to enhance Sodexo’s alignment with the forthcoming 2025 EAT-Lancet Commission findings, and further its sustainability efforts.
Earlier in the year, Sodexo UK and Ireland released its inaugural nutrition report, highlighting collaboration among dietitians, nutritionists, chefs and the supply chain to develop nutritious and appealing meals that promote healthier lifestyles.
The report demonstrates how scientific research and data inform menu development, enabling consumers to make healthier and more sustainable choices without compromising on taste.
