FAT Brands’ Italian restaurant chain Fazoli’s has reintroduced its Stuffed Shells Menu for a limited time at participating locations.  

The offering will be available from 9 September 2025 to 2 February 2026.

The menu consists of pasta specialities with prices from $5.99.

Customers can enhance their meal with shrimp for an extra $3, complemented by the restaurant’s signature breadsticks for those eating in.

The Baked Fettuccine & Stuffed Shell Duo combines a serving of Baked Fettuccine with a cheese-stuffed jumbo shell, with meat sauce topping. 

Four Cheese Stuffed Shells are filled with four Italian cheeses with sauce, baked with a blend of Mozzarella and Provolone then finished with a Parmesan Panko breadcrumb topping.

The Garlic Shrimp Stuffed Shells dish pairs cheese-filled shells with shrimp in a garlic marinara, baked with the same cheese duo and breadcrumb finish.

Fazoli’s has also introduced a new dessert to its menu, Warm Italian Donuts, dusted with sugar and accompanied by a choice of Ghirardelli chocolate or a strawberry dip.

Fazoli’s marketing vice-president Tisha Bartlett stated: “Back by popular demand, we couldn’t be more excited for our fan-favourite Stuffed Shells to make their return to our menu.

“With rich, flavourful sauces, including the introduction of our bold new marinara sauce, these classics deliver the perfect comfort food for the season, all while providing the same value and quality that our guests expect.”

Founded in Lexington, Kentucky in 1988, Fazoli’s has grown to franchise and manage more than 200 outlets across 26 US states.

In 2024, the brand expanded its presence in the US state of Georgia with the opening of a new restaurant in Newnan.

It also extended its reach in the Tampa area of Florida with the launch of a new restaurant at 24791 FL-54 in Lutz.
