India-based Adhira & Appa (A&A) Coffee is set to expand its national footprint with additional stores in the cities of Nashik and Hyderabad.

This follows the coffee brand’s launch of its first store in Kochi, Kerala.

The brand has set a goal to establish more 50 outlets throughout India by the end of the financial year.

It is seeking collaboration with investors and franchise partners to support its expansion strategy.

A&A Coffee chief operating officer and co-founder Karan Mendon commented: “Our mission is to celebrate India’s coffee traditions while creating modern spaces where people can come together over authentic food, locally sourced coffee and meaningful conversations.

The brand plans to introduce a range of store formats, each tailored to different consumer requirements.

These include mini kiosks, express kiosks, signature stores, flagship stores and master franchise models, with investment requirements between Rs1.5m ($16,991) and Rs30m.

A&A Coffee’s menus will incorporate regional preferences.

According to RestaurantIndia, customers can look forward to fusion dishes such as Podi Fries, the Medu Vada Waffle, the Tandoori Cubano Sandwich, Filter Coffee Tiramisu and Bombay Masala Croissant.
