US upscale-casual steakhouse brand Connors Steak & Seafood is broadening its presence in Florida with a new restaurant in Tallahassee and another upcoming in Naples.

The Tallahassee restaurant commenced operations in spring 2025, offering a menu that includes US Department of Agriculture prime steaks and US Department of Commerce-inspected seafood, alongside a selection of craft cocktails.

The Naples branch will open by early 2026.

Mike Connor, founder and chairman of Connor Concepts, stated: “Florida has been incredibly welcoming to Connors Steak & Seafood. With Fort Myers, Sarasota and Tallahassee thriving, expanding in this region was a natural next step.”

Since its founding in 1992, Connors Steak & Seafood has established a presence in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky and Florida.
