London-based bagel chain B Bagel has set a target of expanding its footprint to 20 cafés by 2030.

The brand, which was founded by Yoav Baumgarten and Alon Kubi, will launch its seventh London outlet on New Oxford Street on 27 October 2025.

The chain currently runs six sites across the capital, including locations in Soho, Chelsea, Highgate and Tottenham Court Road.

To support the expansion, B Bagel appointed Nicholas Brown as operations director at the start of October.

Brown previously held roles at The Wonderfield Group, KellyDeli, YO! Sushi and Domino’s.

The New Oxford Street venue will sell bagels baked on site, hot drinks, breakfast items and deli offerings, as well as providing corporate catering platters.

Its menu includes wheatmeal, sesame, poppy, onion and cinnamon‑raisin bagels, and a gluten‑free option.

Yoav Baumgarten stated: “It’s a big month for B Bagel with the opening of another site and Nicholas joining the team. Nicholas brings some great experience and is a significant hire for the business, showing our intent to continue to grow.
