
Krystal Restaurants has partnered foodservice tech provider PAR Technology to integrate the PAR Punchh solution into its new loyalty programme, Club Krystal.
The move comes as the US-based slider chain accelerates its expansion nationwide.

Krystal Restaurants has selected Punchh to deliver personalised offers and rewards across various channels.
The platform is designed to activate real-time offers and to integrate marketing, ordering, guest data and loyalty within the wider PAR engagement suite.
Krystal Restaurants senior marketing manager Caroline Patheja stated: “At Krystal, we’re focused on creating moments that matter for our guests. That starts with recognising and rewarding them in ways that feel personal.

It offer features such as saved payment methods and subscription benefits, and is accessible through mobile app and web.
Members of the programme earn 10 points for every dollar spent and can redeem rewards when they reach specific thresholds.

PAR Punchh is used by more than 275 restaurant brands globally.
In August 2025, PAR Technology was selected by fast‑casual chain Taco Bueno to modernise operations, deploying the company’s point‑of‑sale and hardware solutions across the chain’s 140 locations.
