QBSS’s strategic implementation, together with the R365 platform, will help multi‑unit operators streamline financial processes, enhance visibility across sites and support data‑driven decision making to boost profitability.
The firm will offer system integration, automation, reporting and continuous client support for R365 customers.
R365 will remain responsible for platform development, training and partner enablement, and will work with QBSS on go‑to‑market activities and client success programmes.

In May 2024, R365 raised $175m in a financing round, led by ICONIQ Growth.
Earlier in the year, R365 acquired ExpandShare, an AI‑driven learning management system for creating and tracking restaurant training content.
