Danish juice and coffee chain Joe & The Juice has opened in Mexico City’s Colonia Roma Norte district.
In a LinkedIn post, the company announced the Mexico City site as its debut in Latin America.

The brand now operates more than 460 locations worldwide.
The move into Mexico follows an April 2025 franchise agreement with local partner Grupo Allux-Dinar. The parties plan to roll out 100 Joe & The Juice outlets across the country by 2034.
Law firm Bech-Bruun, which assisted on the Mexico franchise arrangement, describes the Mexican expansion as part of a broader global franchising push.
The Latin American entry follows further international growth in other regions.

The development plan for Türkiye includes eight outlets in the first year and 25 within three years, with expansion beyond Istanbul to cities and tourist destinations such as Ankara, Izmir and Mugla.
In July, Bloomberg reported that private equity company General Atlantic is weighing a US initial public offering of Joe & The Juice, with a possible timeline of 2026.
General Atlantic first backed the company in 2016 and increased its holding to a majority stake in 2023, acquiring shares from Valedo Partners.
Founded in 2002, Joe & The Juice serves freshly made juices, shakes, sandwiches and coffee, using natural and organic ingredients sourced directly from producers.
It continues to identify Europe, the UK and the US as its primary markets.
In December 2024, the company deepened its collaboration with Deliveroo, agreeing an exclusive delivery partnership covering the UK market.
