US fast casual restaurant brand Chicken Salad Chick is set to open a new outlet in Parrish, Florida, expanding its reach in the state.
The restaurant, located at 8730 US-301 N, will begin trading with a grand opening event on 16 December 2025.

The Parrish site is the second Chicken Salad Chick location for franchisee Karen Jordan, operating under her franchise group Manasota Chick.
Jordan also runs the Bradenton restaurant at 5434 Lockwood Ridge Rd, which began operations in 2022.
The new Parrish restaurant will offer dine-in service, an outdoor patio, takeaway, third-party delivery and catering.
The brand’s menu features more than a dozen varieties of made-from-scratch chicken salad, as well as side salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts.

By GlobalDataAhead of the official opening, Friends & Family events at the Parrish location will support local non-profit Feeding Empty Little Tummies (F.E.L.T.), described as “a backpack programme that feeds homeless and food insecure students on the weekends.”
In addition, the first 100 customers in line on opening day will receive free chicken salad for a year.

Chicken Salad Chick was founded in Auburn, Alabama, in 2008 by Stacy and Kevin Brown and has since expanded to more than 320 restaurants across 22 US states.
In September 2025, the chain opened a new restaurant in Plant City, Florida at 2304 James L Redman Parkway within the Walden Woods Shopping Center. The Plant City venue is being operated by Brad and Tammy Cochran.
