The Westfield store is Paris Baguette’s fourth location in the UK and its second franchised site in the country.
The first UK franchise outlet launched in Canary Wharf in November 2024. Both franchised locations are owned by Wayne Stevenson.
Situated on the ground floor of the Westfield London shopping centre in Shepherds Bush, west London, the new café has been fitted out with marble counters, metal fixtures in the company’s blue brand colour and wood accents.
The menu includes sandwiches, pastries and cakes.

By GlobalDataParis Baguette entered the UK market in 2022 with consecutive openings at Battersea Power Station and Kensington High Street.
The company plans to add a fifth UK site, and third franchise store, near Portobello Market in mid-December 2025.
A spokesperson from Paris Baguette noted: “Building on the success of the first franchise store in the UK, we are adding two more franchise stores here. We are committed to enhancing brand awareness and competitiveness in Europe, where bread is a staple food, to take the lead in shaping the global bakery market.”
In addition to the UK, the brand has a presence across the US, Canada, France, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand, among others.
In North America, the company reported a milestone in August with the debut of its 250th café in the region, located at 520 Snowshill Street in Frederick, Maryland. That store is operated by franchisee Waseem Mohamad, who previously worked as a general contractor for the brand, alongside partners Prant and Prince Kumar.
