Foodservice technology provider PAR Technology has introduced Smart Passes, a wallet-native loyalty product built into its PAR Punchh platform.
Smart Passes is designed for mobile-first customers and enables restaurant operators to run loyalty through Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, positioning the wallets as a real-time channel that does not require a dedicated app.

The solution supports one-tap sign-up and can deliver points, rewards and promotions in real time, without requiring downloads or logins.
PAR Technology CEO Savneet Singh stated: “This isn’t loyalty tacked on – it’s loyalty-first by design.

Smart Passes is available immediately to restaurant brands, with Offer Passes scheduled to launch in the first quarter of 2026.
