US-based quick-service pizza franchise Stoner’s Pizza Joint has opened its latest restaurant in Palatka, Florida.

The new restaurant at 314 FL-19 Palatka represents Stoner’s tenth location in Florida and its 31st location across the US.

Stoner’s Pizza Joint chief operating officer Scott Mobley said: “We are excited to open our sixth location in the North Florida market after positive feedback from the Jacksonville, Daytona, & Palm Coast communities.

“We experienced massive growth in 2022 and we plan on continuing the momentum throughout the state of Florida and beyond in 2023.”

Stoner’s Pizza Joint is a delivery and takeout-focused concept that offers fresh food prepared in-house with minimal production time.

Its menu is claimed to feature proprietary recipes for the pizza dough, sauce, and cheese blend.

The company was set up in 2013 and rolled out its franchising programme in late 2018, along with new branding and a business concept.

It is currently seeking qualified franchisees to expand across the country, especially in college town markets in the Southeast region.

Prospective franchisees need to have a minimum net worth of $250,000 and should be a multi-unit operator in the restaurant industry.

As per Stoner’s Pizza Joint’s Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), an investment range of $90,000 to $206,000 is required to open the first location for franchisees, including $25,000 as a franchise fee.
