
Restaurant Associates, a division of Compass Group, has secured a catering contract with the Design Museum in London’s Kensington, The Caterer has reported.
Restaurant Associates will provide a range of catering services for the museum’s restaurant and café, as well as for corporate events and private functions.
Design Museum commercial head Kirsty West was quoted by The Caterer: “This partnership will not only enhance the visitor experience but also elevate the quality of our events with exquisite food that complements the creativity and innovation we celebrate at the Design Museum.
“We are committed to working together to provide exceptional dining for our guests.”
This contract will allow the catering company, known for its expertise at historic venues such as Hatfield House and Hever Castle as well as for popular brasseries such as Dipna Anand in Milton Keynes and Maria G’s in Kensington, to elevate the dining experience at the museum.
Restaurant Associates plans to introduce upgraded menus, implement new technology and introduce a comprehensive customer service training programme named Shine, specifically designed for the museum.
