
Chef Daniel Boulud, in partnership with the LifeWorks Restaurant Group, has launched a bespoke catering company, Cuisine Boulud New York.
The new venture will provide catering services for social events including galas, weddings, corporate functions and workplace gatherings.
Cuisine Boulud New York, under the leadership of Daniel Boulud and his Dinex Group, will primarily focus on the Metro New York catering market.
Chef Boulud brings more than three decades of experience in upscale catering to this new venture.
He said: “As a team, we particularly enjoy bringing our sense of creative expertise to an industry that can often be seen as standardised. By elevating both the culinary and the hospitality elements of catering, Cuisine Boulud New York will truly stand apart.”
The Cuisine Boulud New York’s operations will be based in a 12,000ft2 kitchen at One Madison Avenue, Manhattan.

Furthermore, Cuisine Boulud New York will be the exclusive caterer for Le Jardin sur Madison, the new rooftop event space at One Madison.
The proposed steakhouse La Tête d’Or, also at One Madison, represents another collaboration between Chef Boulud, LifeWorks and SL Green.
