Of the top leading companies in the foodservice industry, Yum! Brands had the greatest increase in references for environmental sustainability in Q3 2023, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified 609 environmental sustainability-related sentences in the company's filings - 15% of all sentences - and an increase of 303% in Q3 2023 compared with Q3 2022. Darden Restaurants’s mentions of environmental sustainability rose by 32% to 25 and McDonald's’s by 96% to 14 and Restaurant Brands International’s by 97% to 6.
