Global food service and hospitality company Delaware North has received a multiyear contract to begin food, beverage and retail operations at Boston’s Logan International Airport in Massachusetts, US.

As part of the deal, the company entered a partnership with MarketPlace Development to establish 12 new restaurant and retail offerings in the airport starting from late-2018.

These restaurants include Pei Wei, Wpizza, Tico, North End Bar, B. Good Burger, Alta Strada, Bruins Bar, Monica’s Mercato, Mija Cantina and Celtics Bar.

Pei Wei is an Asian-inspired quick-service chain that offers sharable small plates, traditional noodle and rice bowls, and salads such as spicy Polynesian poke bowl and wok-seared chilli lime chicken salad.

Wpizza is a wood-fired pizza concept offering a range of menu traditional margheritas and customisable pizzas such as sweet fennel sausage, wild mushroom, roasted eggplant and chicken meatball. Both restaurants are scheduled to open in mid-late 2018.

Tico is a casual restaurant concept that offers a Spanish inspired menu such as crispy fish, cauliflower, shrimp, tender pork and homemade chorizo. It will open in early 2019.

Scheduled to open in mid-2019, North End Bar offers an Italian deli-inspired menu such as cured meats, imported cheeses and rustic old-world rolls along with local craft beers such as Trillium, Harpoon, Beerwork and Sam Adams.

Good Burger is a quick-service burger franchise scheduled to open in early 2019 and will offer a seasonal menu board such as kale and grain bowls, seasonal salads and burgers. The company plans to open a second location in Terminal A in mid-late 2019.

Alta Strada is a casual Italian restaurant serving antipasti, crispy thin crust pizza, sandwiches, fresh salads, traditional pastas and entrees such as bolognese, roasted pork loin and grilled NY strip. It is scheduled to open in mid-2019 and will feature a walk-up counter, table service and full bar.

Bruins Bar is scheduled to open in early 2019 and will offer a range of menu items such as salads, sandwiches and a full bar, while Monica’s Mercato is scheduled to open in mid-2019 and will offer made-to-order sandwiches and fresh-baked sub rolls.

Mija Cantina is a Mexican casual dining concept that offers ceviche, soups, salads, tacos and other Mexican dishes along with signature margaritas, seasonal cocktails, and tequilas. It will open in mid-2019.

Celtics Bar is scheduled to open in late-2019 and will offer Irish pub food and TD Garden staples, including breakfast, salad, sandwiches and entrees.
