US-based foodservice company Aramark has partnered with food company JUST to introduce the plant-based JUST Egg product to corporate, healthcare and higher education cafes.

A team of chefs from the food company have developed the new product with sustainable ingredients that are free of cholesterol, dairy, and artificial flavours.

Aramark product development head Heidi Hogan said: “As part of our commitment to developing healthier and sustainable menus, we’re continuously looking for new ways to bring-to-market innovative products.

“Expanding our menu offerings to include JUST Egg further speaks to our promise to deliver healthy recipes that not only feature quality ingredients, but taste good, too.”
