New York City-based Brooklyn Dumpling Shop, a fast-casual dining establishment with an Asian culinary influence, has revealed the commencement of a new investment round, primarily led by RSE Ventures.
This funding is intended to support the company’s omnichannel growth, which encompasses its consumer packaged goods (CPG) segment.
Brooklyn Dumpling Shop chairman and CEO Jeff Galletly stated: “People love our food. This investment is testament to that and to ensuring we are able to continue growing the awareness of, and access to, our products through our shops, CPG and foodservice.
“This investment marks an exciting next chapter for our dedicated team, franchisees, and partners as we further execute our mission to revolutionise the fast-casual dining space, the frozen aisle, and venues across North America and beyond.
“We’re incredibly appreciative of Matt and the RSE Ventures team’s support, which will aid our vision to build an enduring brand, scale globally, and make our products available to even more fans.”
This investment round follows a period of notable activity for the company, including a recent collaboration with the New York Yankees and Legends Hospitality, alongside ongoing retail expansion and the opening of additional locations in the US and Canada.
