
Fast casual chicken salad restaurant concept Chicken Salad Chick is set to open its 38th restaurant in the US state of Florida on 22 July 2025.
The upcoming restaurant is located in the Tradition Village Center, Port St Lucie.
Chicken Salad Chick president and CEO Scott Deviney stated: “We’re proud to continue expanding Chicken Salad Chick’s footprint in Florida with Bryan Royal.
“Port St Lucie is a bustling community known for its excellent schools and diverse retail and dining scene, which made it the ideal community to continue growing our brand in.
“We believe Bryan’s experience and genuine passion for Chicken Salad Chick will quickly establish the Port St Lucie restaurant as a local favourite. We’re eager to see him bring our offerings to even more Floridians, both here and in Westlake, later this year.”
The Port St Lucie location is to be owned and operated by experienced franchisee Bryan Royal, under his franchise group, Royal’s OK Lunch.

By GlobalDataRoyal currently oversees three Chicken Salad Chick restaurants in Wellington, Gainesville, and Thomasville, Georgia. Port St Lucie will be his fourth venue, with a fifth planned for Westlake later in 2025.
The Port St Lucie restaurant will serve made-from-scratch chicken salad varieties, side salads, gourmet soups, signature sandwiches and desserts, and will offer in-restaurant service, take-out, third-party delivery and catering.
The first 100 guests in line on opening day will receive free chicken salad for a year.

In June 2024, Chicken Salad Chick opened a new outlet in Jasper, Georgia.
Set up in Auburn, Alabama, by Stacy and Kevin Brown, in 2008, the chain now operates 305 restaurants in 22 US states.
