Fast casual restaurant concept Chicken Salad Chick will open its first location in Granbury, in the US state of Texas, on 29 July 2025.

Situated at 1440 E Highway 377, the new establishment will offer a series of exclusive deals and giveaways on opening day.

The first 100 customers will receive free chicken salad for a year.

The Granbury location marks the first venture for entrepreneurial couple Mark Blessing and Amanda Krause, and the first Chicken Salad Chick restaurant in Hood County.

Blessing and Krause are set to expand the brand further with locations in Stephenville and Abilene.

Blessing stated: “I’ve lived in Granbury for 15 years and operated a business here for more than two decades – this town is home. It’s a dynamic, growing city full of great people, and just a fun place to be.
