The Overland Park restaurant, led by sisters Jo Anne Williams and Cindy Sulzman, is the beginning of a planned expansion in Kansas.
Williams and Sulzman are committed to opening two additional locations in Johnson County by 2026.
Sulzman stated: “My sister and I have been big fans of Chicken Salad Chick for years, and we could not be more excited to introduce the brand we’re so passionate about to our friends, family and neighbours here in Overland Park.”
The two are collaboratively managing the launch of their three stores with Williams’ husband, Kirk.
