US fast casual chicken salad restaurant chain Chicken Salad Chick is further bolster its footprint in Texas by opening its first restaurant in Mansfield.

The Mansfield opening brings the total number of Chicken Salad Chick locations in Texas to 42.

The new outlet, situated at 2421 E Broad St, will open on 14 October 2025.

It is owned by franchisee Troy Morrison who operates under Meauxmentum Strategies and Investments and is the largest franchise owner in the brand’s system, overseeing more than 21 Chicken Salad Chick restaurants across Indiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

Earlier in 2025, he took over operating locations and development rights in Indianapolis, Austin and Tulsa.

His group opened Chicken Salad Chick’s Austin – Hancock restaurant on 26 August 2025.

The new restaurant in Mansfield is set to feature in-restaurant dining, take-away, third-party delivery and catering.

Chicken Salad Chick’s menu features multiple chicken-salad varieties, side salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts.

Additional planned openings include two restaurants in the greater Oklahoma City area and a location in Wichita, Kansas, scheduled before the end of 2025.
