Chicken Salad Chick is further expanding its footprint in the US with the launch of restaurants in Del City and Norman in the state of Oklahoma.
The Del City branch at 5550 Tinker Diagonal St will open on 7 October 2025 and the Norman site at 2065 24th Ave NW will follow on 21 October.

Both venues are being led by franchisee Troy Morrison, the largest franchisee of the restaurant chain, who operates outlets through his Meauxmentum Strategies and Investments franchise group.
Morrison’s franchise portfolio includes more than 100 Taco Bell and Wingstop units across the country and 21 Chicken Salad Chick locations in Oklahoma, Indiana and Texas.
Morrison stated: “Over the past year, it’s been an honour to continue growing my portfolio with such an amazing brand. This concept is one of a kind – our scratch-made food and welcoming atmosphere have really resonated with customers.
“I know Del City and Norman are looking forward to a local dining option like this, and I’m confident Chicken Salad Chick will soon become a favourite dining spot in these communities.”

By GlobalDataThe Del City and Norman openings represent his fourth and fifth Chicken Salad Chick launches in 2025, following two new sites in Texas. The Pflugerville site opened in March, while the Austin opening took place in August.
Morrison also has rights to develop 11 more restaurants in the greater Austin area and has recently broadened Chicken Salad Chick’s presence into Indianapolis and Tulsa. He intends to launch another outlet in Wichita, Kansas, before the end of 2025.
Chicken Salad Chick CEO and president Scott Deviney stated: “Since joining our family, Troy has become an invaluable partner in driving our growth across four major states while continuing to strengthen our foothold in Oklahoma.
“Opening in Norman, near the University of Oklahoma, is especially exciting as it allows us to introduce a whole new community of students and residents to our brand. We look forward to welcoming guests to these locations very soon.”
The Del City restaurant is set to include a drive‑through and outdoor patio seating, while both locations will offer in‑restaurant dining, take‑away, third‑party delivery and catering services.
Both locations will operate from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 9pm.
Chicken Salad Chick’s menu features more than a dozen made-from-scratch chicken salad flavours alongside side salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts.
In September 2025, the company announced a new outlet in Dalton, Georgia, due to open on 30 September.
