
Chopped Leaf, part of the Innovative Food Brands group, is rolling out the Oracle Simphony Cloud point of sale (POS) system across its restaurant network to streamline operations and unify customer and operational data.
The move will facilitate real-time reporting and expedited decision-making processes for the restaurant chain.
Chopped Leaf offers a menu of fresh, customisable meals with a contemporary take on traditional comfort foods.

Simphony is not only giving us better insights on the health of the business across locations, but also enabling our franchisees to more quickly onboard and train staff and deliver faster service.”
25 Chopped Leaf restaurants are currently live with the system, with the remaining 100 locations in Canada and the US scheduled for deployment by autumn 2025.

Alongside the Oracle Simphony Cloud POS, Chopped Leaf is implementing Oracle Workstation 6 and Kitchen Display Systems to further modernise its operations.
These enhancements aim to provide a consistent and reliable technological experience for restaurant staff.
By utilising a range of restaurant integrations available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace, Chopped Leaf has also expanded its online delivery options and is planning to introduce a new loyalty programme.
