
Fast-casual restaurant Corner Bakery Cafe has expanded its presence in Southern California, US, with the opening of a new outlet at 13652 Jamboree Rd in the city of Irvine.
The establishment, the brand’s 30th in the US state, offers made-to-order breakfasts, sandwiches, soups and salads to the residents of Orange County.
Corner Bakery Cafe president Erin Hasselgren stated: “Irvine is an exciting, fast-growing market that aligns perfectly with the Corner Bakery experience — offering fresh, craveable menu items in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
“We are thrilled to open our doors and look forward to becoming a favourite neighbourhood spot.”
The Irvine location is part of Corner Bakery Cafe’s ongoing national expansion, which includes recent launches in Union Station, Chicago and Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, and the re-opening of the Accenture Tower location in Chicago
The openings reflect the brand’s focus on the key US markets.

It will be open seven days a week from 7am to 9pm.
Operating in 18 states and Washington DC, Corner Bakery Cafe offers artisan-inspired, seasonal menu options including the Anaheim Scrambler for breakfast, the Chicken Pomodori Panini for lunch, Pesto Cavatappi pasta for dinner, and Cinnamon Creme Cake for dessert.
The catering menu features items such as Berry & Almond Overnight Oats, scrambled eggs and baskets of assorted speciality sandwiches.
In May 2025, Corner Bakery Cafe re-opened its refurbished outlet at 8464 N Friant Road in Fresno, California.
