California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has launched its Baked Mac ‘N’ Cheese lineup across the US for a limited time alongside returning favourites and spiked mocktails.

The menu, previously available only for takeout, features “noodle-ised” versions of CPK’s classic pizzas.

The move follows a playful social media campaign where the concept was initially leaked, sparking customer interest.

The menu also sees the return of the Nashville-Style Hot Honey Pizza, a combination of spicy and sweet flavours which combines chicken, mozzarella and a Mike’s Hot Honey – Extra Hot.

CPK has also introduced spiked versions of its popular mocktails, such as the Strawberry Mango Cooler and Cucumber Reviver, which are now available with a choice of spirits.

The Baked Mac ‘N’ Cheese selection is inspired by CPK’s best-selling pizzas, with five varieties that swap out the pizza crust for spiral Mac ‘N’ Cheese, all baked in a hearth oven.
