Crumbl Cookies, a dessert chain operating in North America, has selected Push Operations’ solutions to streamline restaurant management.

The collaboration aims to improve management processes across Crumbl’s network of more than 1,000 locations.

Push’s solutions for human resources, payroll, scheduling and time-tracking will now be accessible to franchise owners, assisting them in making informed operational decisions based on data analysis.

The initiative addresses challenges encountered by franchisees with multiple locations by providing automated tools that lessen administrative burdens and improve management of labour costs.

Franchise owners are expected to benefit from real-time analytics that help align staffing with sales performance, enhancing operational efficiency and customer service.

The integration allows Crumbl franchisees to automate reporting related to labour and sales, access real-time staffing insights and utilise visual heat maps to identify busy hours. It also simplifies the payroll process for the chain.

Push Operations CEO Tina Lum stated: “We’re committed to helping restaurant owners focus on what they love by simplifying workforce management.

“Crumbl’s growth story is phenomenal. Our goal is to give every Crumbl franchisee the same data-driven labour solutions that national chains rely on — without the enterprise headache or complexity.”

Crumbl, which began in 2017 with a single store in Utah, has since expanded to more than 1,000 locations that feature gourmet cookies made in an open-concept baking environment.

CEO Jason McGowan stated: “Our franchise owners asked for flexible, powerful operational tools.

“By partnering with Push Operations, we’re providing them the option to manage labour costs and process payroll in minutes rather than hours, allowing them to focus more on creating the world’s best cookies.”
