Eggs Up Grill has plans to scale its presence in metro Atlanta, in the US state of Georgia, making more than 25 territories for new franchise development available.

The move comes on top of 15 locations already operating in Georgia.

Eggs Up Grill is seeking interest from multi-unit operators and local business owners to join its franchise system.

Eggs Up Grill CEO Ricky Richardson stated: “Atlanta represents a unique opportunity for Eggs Up Grill to deepen our roots in a state where the brand is already well loved. 

“This expansion marks another step in building a network of neighbourhood restaurants where families and franchise owners can thrive together. For entrepreneurs, it’s a chance to invest in a proven model that balances strong financial performance with a brand that people trust and embrace.”

The company is prioritising rollout in Athens, Cartersville, Columbus, Douglasville, Gainesville, Lawrenceville and Newnan, and among the initial locations under consideration.

The breakfast and lunch brand’s menu includes omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, burgers, bowls and mimosas.

The concept has almost doubled in size, supported by “consistent positive guest counts,” a 40% rise in average restaurant volumes since 2019, and 19 straight quarters of same-store sales growth.

Average unit volume is above $1.5m, with food described as “best-in-class” and labour costs that support strong franchisee margins.

The average check remains under $15.
