EHV International is expanding the Comorin restaurant offering with a new location in Mumbai, India.

The outlet will be situated at home furniture design destination Nilaya Anthology, in Lower Parel.

Comorin is known for its communal dining atmosphere, with offerings ranging from meals and coffee to cocktails.

EHV International founder chairman Rohit Khattar stated: “We are delighted to announce the opening of Comorin Mumbai at Nilaya Anthology, an incredible design destination in Lower Parel. Comorin is a relaxed space that encourages communal dining and welcomes guests to drop in at any time for a meal, coffee, cocktails and conversation. We hope Mumbai will embrace Comorin as warmly as Gurugram has.”

Comorin is operated by EHV International, a part of the Old-World Hospitality Group.

The original concept was the brainchild of Rishiv Khattar, one of the company’s directors.

Their design offers guests a day-to-night experience.

The architectural elements of Comorin Mumbai have been crafted by Incubis Consultants.

The restaurant seamlessly transitions into The Orangery at Nilaya, providing a distinctive outdoor space.

Brand chef Dhiraj Dargan of Comorin has curated a menu that combines comfort foods with unique culinary pairings from across India.

According to an EHV International release, the menu includes both signature dishes and new creations specifically tailored for the Mumbai location.

Varun Sharma, EHV International’s head of bars and mixologist, has designed a bar menu that features craft cocktails, including Comorin’s signature sous vide infusion counter.

With more than 50 wines, all available by the glass, Rodrigues invites patrons to enjoy a personalised experience without the need to purchase a full bottle.
