This enhanced filtering helps teams segregate and manage order categories such as dine-in, takeaway, delivery and deferred or catering orders.
Labelling changes support bump-and-print layouts for items such as cups, boxes and bags, and include an automated QR code generator, ensuring that customers and delivery drivers are provided with all essential information.
Pizza Nova, a family-owned pizza chain operating more than 150 outlets in Ontario, Canada, has been using the new capabilities in its stores.
Its business operations vice-president Danielle Elias stated: “With the new order filtering and print layout customisation features, we can unlock considerable efficiency gains.
