Latin American fast casual concept Pincho Factory has expanded its July Chalkboard menu with the launch of chimichurri burger.
Available for limited-time through July, chimichurri burger is a blend of the company’s all natural beef patty topped with provolone cheese, spring mix, tomatoes, grilled onions and red peppers and chimichurri crema sauce. It is served with butter toasted brioche bun.
Pincho co-founder and chief marketing officer Otto Othman said: “There’s no better way to celebrate the summer season than with our July Chalkboard special, the chimichurri burger.
“We were particularly motivated to craft a unique new menu offering to entice fans who are out and about this month.
“So whether you’re coming back from the beach or grabbing a burger before you cheer on your favourite soccer team, we want everyone to drop by and try one of our most delicious creations yet, the chimichurri burger!”
In addition, the restaurant is offering the new burger with a range of sides such as classic fries, sweet potato tots and tostones as well as its handcrafted 627 ale.
