Indonesian coffee chain PT Fore Kopi Indonesia (Fore Coffee) has unveiled a new specialty coffee venue located in Panglima Polim, South Jakarta.

The new concept, dubbed Fore Experience, is an extension of the brand’s signature customer experience, designed to offer consumers a specialty coffee experience paired with a selection of pastries, cakes, and curated dishes.

The launch comes just three weeks after the company’s initial public offering (IPO), which was announced in March and completed in April 2025.

Fore Experience aims to solidify Fore Coffee’s position in the national chain coffee market by focusing on product and service improvements.

The venue offers a Slow Bar where Master Baristas brew coffee to match each customer’s preference, featuring single-origin beans from various Indonesian regions. The baristas also educate guests on the distinct flavour profiles of each brew.

In collaboration with boulangerie chef Aston Adiwijaya, Fore Coffee has developed a gourmet brunch menu for Fore Experience, which includes dishes such as Croissant Eggs Benedict and the Beef Rendang Sandwich, designed to complement the coffees.

The customer experience at Fore Experience is stated to be further enhanced by a more interactive approach to hospitality, aimed at customer satisfaction.

The venue’s layout and spaces make it suitable for various gatherings, ranging from casual meetings to community events, claims the company.
