Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global has introduced Street Burger at Terminal 1 of Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) in Delhi, marking the chef’s entrance to the Indian market.
The announcement was made by the brand in collaboration with Travel Food Services (TFS).

This opening is the initial step in a larger plan to expand across India’s prime travel locations, with more of the chef’s dining concepts to be unveiled soon.
Travel Food Services CEO and managing director Varun Kapur stated: “Bringing Gordon Ramsay to India, and into the airport space for the first time, is a defining milestone for us at TFS.
“This partnership combines our operational expertise with the Gordon Ramsay team’s culinary excellence to meet that demand.”
The menu at the newly launched Street Burger outlet in Delhi’s T1 offers a blend of international dishes with Indian-inspired flavours.

By GlobalDataPatrons will be offered the Gordon’s Fried Chicken (GFC) Burger, the Butternut Bhaji Burger and the Tandoori Paneer Burger, along with a variety of sides, including Crisp Vegan Bites, salads and Hotter than Hell Fries, as reported by IndianRetailer.com.
Desserts such as Sticky Toffee Pudding are available, along with milkshakes and cocktails.

Gordon Ramsay Restaurants announced the completion of its franchise disclosure documents in April 2025, in compliance with the regulations of the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
In February, the chef opened his first restaurant in Canada at River Rock Casino Resort in Vancouver.
