CKE Restaurants Holdings’ Hardee’s, in collaboration with US-based meat producer Clifty Farm and the Hillshire Farm brand, has created two new menu offerings.

Lunch option BBQ Pulled Pork Frisco and the breakfast item Smoked Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit are available until 19 August 2025

The BBQ Pulled Pork Frisco features chargrilled Angus beef, Clifty Farm’s slow-smoked pulled pork, American cheese, pickles, crispy onions and Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet ‘n Spicy Barbecue Sauce on toasted sourdough bread.

The Smoked Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit comprises a Hillshire Farm smoked sausage link, a folded egg and American cheese, sandwiched between the Hardee’s made from made-from-scratch biscuit.

Clifty Farm Country Meats president and CEO Cole Fletcher stated: “It all begins with the highest quality meat and ingredients, along with meticulous attention to detail. This process comes to life in the BBQ Pulled Pork Frisco at Hardee’s, and we can’t wait for customers to try it.”

The seasonal menu items are available at participating Hardee’s locations nationwide.

Hardee’s brand marketing vice-president Sarah Breymaier stated: “Our new menu items reflect our dedication to culinary innovation and the high-quality flavours and ingredients our guests desire.

“By partnering with esteemed suppliers like Clifty Farm and Hillshire Farm, with local and national ties respectively, we ensure our guests experience quality craftsmanship in every bite.”

In early 2025, Hardee’s launched a maple-flavoured line-up, featuring the Maple Bacon Super Biscuit and the Sausage Maple Biscuit.  

In May, the chain expanded its breakfast and main menu for summer 2025 to include Homestyle Breakfast Burritos available until noon daily.
