
US fast-casual restaurant chain Hawaiian Bros has expanded its presence with the opening of a new location in Hixson, Tennessee.
Situated at 5118 Hixson Pike, it marks the chain’s entry into the Tennessee market.

The Hixson restaurant is operated by franchisee Sequoyah.
Brion Voges, the owner and operator of Sequoyah Hospitality, stated: “We’re thrilled to bring the aloha spirit of Hawaiian Bros to Tennessee just outside of Chattanooga.
“We look forward to serving fresh, Island-inspired meals and becoming part of the local neighborhood.”
The restaurant commenced operations with an opening event on 6 October 2025.

The menu at Hawaiian Bros centres on island-inspired plate lunches that offer a selection of chicken or pork glazed in sweet, savoury or spicy sauces, accompanied by macaroni salad and steamed white rice or vegetables, followed by a Dole Soft Serve dessert.
Hawaiian Bros establishments operate without the use of freezers, fryers or microwaves.
The chain operates and owns more than 60 restaurants across nine US states and has expanded its franchising activity since 2023.
In September 2025, Hawaiian Bros opened its first restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada. It was launched by the Rock Hawaiian franchise.
In July 2025, it launched a new outlet in Phoenix, Arizona.
In April 2025, Hawaiian Bros Island Grill announced a partnership with enterprise restaurant platform Lunchbox. The collaboration aims to enhance the restaurant’s catering services with a scaleable technology solution that ensures brand consistency and profitability.
