
US fast-casual restaurant chain Hawaiian Bros has opened its first restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The restaurant, which was opened on 26 September, is located at 6071 W Craig Rd.

It has been launched by the Rock Hawaiian franchise.
Rock Hawaiian CEO Chris Aslam stated: “We are thrilled to introduce our first Hawaiian Bros location in Nevada and continuing to build the brand.
“This expansion will give even more guests the opportunity to experience Hawaiian flavours.”
The opening day festivities included a traditional Hawaiian blessing ceremony conducted by Kamu Vincent.

“With the significance of this blessing, we hope to build a solid foundation of positivity at our new Las Vegas location. Additionally, we’re looking forward to presenting a $33,000 cheque in celebration of Keiki Hula.”
The first 100 customers on opening day will receive a complimentary t-shirt and meal voucher, and there will be opportunities to win Hawaiian Bros meals for a year and several $100 gift cards.
Hawaiian Bros’ menu centres on island-inspired plate lunches featuring a range of chicken or pork glazed in sweet, savoury or spicy sauces, served with macaroni salad and steamed white rice or vegetables, and a Dole Soft Serve dessert.
Hawaiian Bros restaurants operate without freezers, fryers or microwaves.
The chain operates and owns more than 60 restaurants across nine US states and has broadened its franchising activity since 2023.
In September 2023 the brand opened a location in Omaha, Nebraska. In July 2025, it launched a new outlet in Phoenix, Arizona.
In April 2025, Hawaiian Bros Island Grill announced a partnership with enterprise restaurant platform Lunchbox. The collaboration aims to enhance the restaurant’s catering services with a scaleable technology solution that ensures brand consistency and profitability.
