Rotunda Capital Partners’ portfolio company IF&P Foods has purchased a foodservice company Cibus Fresh for an undisclosed amount.

Based in Indiana, Cibus Fresh offers made-to-order packaged convenience foods.

The deal is expected to strengthen IF&P’s growth by expanding its grab-and-go offerings with sandwiches, wraps, flatbreads, salads, snack packs and parfaits cups from Cibus.

Following the transaction, IF&P will also have access to Cibus Fresh’s 11,000ft² FDA and USDA inspected kitchen facility, which is certified with the Federal Grant of Inspection.
