
The London, UK-based Côte Restaurant Group has been acquired by the Karali Group, a family-owned business.
Financial details of the deal have not been divulged.

Founded in 2007, Côte has opened French-inspired brasseries across the UK.
The Karali Group, headed by Salim and Karim Janmohamed, has interests in hospitality, consumer services and property.
It operates in quick-service, casual dining and café formats, as reported by EasternEye.
The group was the largest Burger King franchisee in the UK before divesting 74 sites in 2022. In 2024, it acquired 46 Taco Bell restaurants from a single franchisee, becoming the UK’s largest operator of the brand.
